Ruffle Boucle Jacket

I've had my eye on this jacket for a while with my Mother in mind, so today I finally bought it for her! (such a good daughter..) While helping her pair it with things, I couldn't help putting it on myself and now I'm afraid we may be fighting over it. Oh well, YAY FOR SHARING!

WARNING : if you are offended by chipped nails, look away now.

In an English Country Garden

Hello all!
My mother bought me this jacket from H&M quite recently and it's only now I've formed a look with it! At first I found it a bit too 'rah rah horsey horsey jolly good show' but I actually quite like it. I'm not sure if it's very 'me' though, but everyone I've asked keeps telling me they love it so I thought I'd just put it out there and get a response from you all! I imagine you and all of lookbook are absolutely sick of my garden... I need to find other places to take photos, but I just couldn't help myself with this one, standing in the vegetable patch just seemed so appropriate!

Let me know what you all think?

Also, on a completely unrelated note : you know when you comment on a blog and you have to do the 'verification' thing to make sure you're not a robot, so you have to type in "hyufglz" or some random selection of letters? Well... recently I keep getting ones like "STINKY" or "RATTY" ...is it trying to tell me something?! Cheeky bugger.

Python & 'LOVE'

Hello all :)
I'm currently sorting through my photos from my trip to London yesterday (don't panic.. there aren't tooo many!) and so I thought in the meantime I'd add a few out-take shots of my two latest looks on lookbook which both revolve around the same brand. I picked up this dress in the concessions section of Topshop Oxford Circus the last time I was in London visiting a friend. 'Concessions' just means all the other little brands they sell within the Topshop store itself, and you find these in the basement where they also sell (rather overpriced) vintage items and the shoe department!
The dress is by a brand called LOVE that has it's own section there, they have lots of really nice pieces and I particularly like their skirts and dresses with the 'high/low' skirt! (where it's short at the front and long at the back)

'LOVE' had also recently sent one of their skirts to a selection of bloggers/lookbookers, and after seeing it I desperately wanted one! Sadly they didn't have any left in stock online so I emailed them explaining who I was, and asking if there was any way I could get my hands on one! Very swiftly a helpful lady (I believe her name was Inga) got back to me telling me to keep an eye out on the website and to keep checking back as they didn't have any left at the moment. Disappointed I accepted there was nothing I could do but wait! But lo and behold, not long after the lady emailed me back to say they'd found one left! (Hallelujah!)
So a day or so later I recieved this lovely little package in the post, containing the skirt!

I would definitely reccommend you take a look on their website as they have a lot of beautiful clothes and the prices are very reasonable!

Anyway, I hope you like and I hope you're all well and enjoying the last days before school/uni begins! My first day at university is on the 21st!
