Spiked Shoulder Blazer / Metal Toe Cap Heels

Hello all!
Autumn is just over the horizon and I must admit, I couldn't be happier about it! I've never been one to particularly relish dressing for the warmer months. It's hardly as if I have a fabulous tan to show off.. I've grown to accept that I will forever be ghostly pale all year round. So as the days get shorter and the temperature gets cooler (phew!) I'm probably more excited than I should be to get my favourite leather trousers back on and introduce knitwear back into my wardrobe - which I've already begun, with a knitted speckled racerback vest (which I just had to purchase after seeing it worn so well by the lovely Shope!)
How are you all feeling about autumnal dressing?
Also, not entirely sure what to say about my hair lately.. you know those occasional little tufts of baby hair everyone gets? I seem to have sprouted an ENTIRE fresh head's worth.. I'm looking slightly reminiscent of The Weetos Man

Beaded Trophy Jacket / Split Side Maxi Dress

Hello all!
Just a quick and rather late update on what I wore on a recent trip to London with my dear friend Faye. It was a beautifully sunny day, so ahoy appropriate sunglass-wearing!
Usually, I'll choose appearance over comfort and practicality (how incredibly narcissistic of me to admit) but Faye and I had made plans to be out ALL day, doing lots of walking. So, after multiple last-minute outfit changes, I went for a black jersey maxi dress, embellished necklace, beaded jacket and a floppy hat that barely fits on my ginormous Mojo Jojo head.
I hope everybody has been having a lovely week so far!
Oh, and a big hello to the lovely Sophie, who regognised me while I was in milling around in Oxford Circus Topshop! :)

Asymmetrical Hem Dress & Seashell Earrings

Hello all!
It's a kind twist of fate for me that I already had this post ready to roll, because, tragically I have been struck down by my evil arch nemesis... tonsillitis. So, because of this, in all honesty I probably look like a troll.
However, I am very happy to share with you all, something that I have been working on with LOVE for the last however many weeks. I'm now featured on their 'Bloggers Corner' page, where you can check out the 3 items I styled for them and receive 20% off using the discount code BLOGGERARABELLA20. (Of course, you'll be seeing more in-depth accounts of the items here!)
Here, I'm wearing their beautiful aubergine red dress paired with some deliciously 80's seashell earrings.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy. (Feel free to send me over some good vibes and happy thoughts to aid the healing process haha!)
Have a beautiful weekend!

Little Pyjama Suit

Hello all!
I'm a big advocator of little suits, or 'co-ords' as they're sometimes referred to! I've already got a few hanging in my wardrobe; floral, boucle and stripe - but I'd never seen one quite like this! A pyjama suit! It's a little different, and to some people, perhaps a little odd. But what's wrong with being a little bit eccentric? After all, eccentricity is a stereotypically english quality, so why not embrace it? I wore this to work last weekend and received a few looks that I can only describe as 'confused' - I do realise I look rather like I've just lolloped out of bed and have forgotten to change my pyjamas, but that is entirely the point! The ultimate 24 hour outfit! (What is it that young'uns say these days... YOLO? I genuinely had to look up the definition of that after people kept saying it to me..) In all honesty, it didn't photograph terribly well and I found it quite troublesome to pick out the best photos, but it is SO sweet in reality and the print is just beautiful. I hope you all like it as much as I do!

Pink Zara Jacket / Studded Collar

Hello all!
So yesterday I spent a lovely day in my hometown, acting as a (rather inept) tour guide for my friend Bianca during her first visit to the beautiful city of Oxford! My particular highlight was definitely climbing to the top of the Carfax Tower, via spiralling stone stairs that went on for an absolute mile - both wearing heels. DEATH.
Also, on Tuesday I had my hair cut for the first time in about 3 years! (Tragic, I know!) I begged them to only cut the very ends off, so it's barely noticeable - but I did have it re-ombred just to brighten it up a bit. I hope you're all having a beautiful weekend!

Boucle Jacket and Bow Tie in Notting Hill (London - Part 2)

Hello all!
For the first of my few days enjoying the long Jubilee weekend around London, my lovely friend Bianca and I spent an absolutely gorgeous day in Notting Hill exploring, sitting in a street cafe sipping frappuccinos, lusting over the beautiful rows of houses, snooping around the markets and enjoying the local 'sights' (and there are definitely some interesting 'sights' to be seen - mainly involving who I can only assume to be the resident local mad woman throwing cake at pigeons. Yes you read that correctly..)
I apologise for the fact that you've all already seen this outfit before - but at the very least you can be assured from these photos that I do actually wear my 'blog outfits' out and about in real life! (There's nothing wrong with embellishment for the camera, of course - but we all know it's not unusual for some outfits across the internet to never leave the house/back garden!)
